1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "445win," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the 445win online gaming platform, accessible at 445win.net, including all associated services, products, and sub-sections thereof.
• "User," "you," or "the Player" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered through the 445win platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

445win reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during the registration process or during the lifecycle of your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and potentially permanent closure.

4 Account Registration and Management

4.1 Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) 445win account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein. 445win employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate registrations.

When registering your 445win account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number, registered mobile number, and a valid email address. All information provided to 445win must remain accurate and current throughout the life of your account. You are obligated to notify 445win promptly of any changes to your registered details.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your 445win account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstance. 445win will never ask you to provide your full password during any support interaction.

445win accepts no liability for losses of any kind arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or from your voluntary disclosure of account information to a third party. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact 445win support immediately via live chat to initiate account security procedures.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

All 445win accounts are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed. KYC requires submission of a clear copy of your Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), a recent selfie photograph, and in some cases, proof of the payment method used for deposits. 445win processes KYC submissions in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

445win accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Online Banking, Meezan Bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. 445win does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside 445win's control.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from 445win accounts are subject to the following conditions:

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

• Bonuses are available to verified Pakistani players aged 21 and above only.

7 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed through 445win are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published within the betting interface:

• All bets are accepted at 445win's sole discretion. 445win reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason.
• Bets are confirmed only once you have received explicit on-screen confirmation of the accepted wager. Submission of a bet slip without subsequent confirmation does not constitute an accepted bet.
• In the event of a live betting feed interruption or error, 445win reserves the right to void any bets placed during the interruption period where the integrity of the odds cannot be verified.
• Any bet found to have been placed using information that was not publicly available at the time of placement — including but not limited to advance knowledge of match results or manipulation of sporting events — will be voided and the associated account reported to relevant authorities.
• Palpable errors in odds — including odds that are clearly misquoted due to a technical or human error — will be corrected and affected bets may be voided or settled at the corrected price at 445win's discretion.
• Winnings from accepted sports bets are credited to your 445win wallet immediately following settlement of the relevant event.

8 Casino Games

All casino games available through 445win — whether RNG-based slot games, live dealer table games, or game show formats — are operated under the following conditions:

• RNG game outcomes are produced by certified random number generators that have been independently tested and verified for statistical randomness and fairness.

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the 445win platform — including but not limited to the 445win brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of 445win or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 445win platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise commercially exploit any element of the 445win platform without 445win's prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 445win shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the 445win platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — regardless of whether 445win has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

445win's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your 445win account in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the date on which the claim arises.

12 Responsible Gaming

445win provides all registered users with the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from the Account Settings section of your 445win profile:
